Incredible coffee, fantastic cheese toasties, and more-all served from our beautifully converted horsebox.

• Our cheese toasties are always popular and go down a storm, whatever the event. They provide a delicious vegetarian alternative to the usual street food offerings and are a perfect way to satisfy those munchies whatever the time of day. Together with our delicious coffee, bacon baps, savoury pastries and range of cakes and drinks we can cater to all tastes. All efficiently and cheerfully served from our beautiful horse box.

  Rest assured, we’re not at all scruffy! We’re very proud of our 5* hygiene rating and work hard to create top quality food and coffee in a clean, safe and happy environment.  Scruffy just seemed to encapsulate that fun loving and laid-back side to us. Got to be honest here though, we did also think it made for a memorable name!

• We love a good cup of coffee...

  It took a lot of research and testing to find the best coffee beans for our espresso, but eventually we did.  It’s a delicious blend created by Moresso, a small batch roasters in Crowborough.

  Not only does it taste good, Moresso deal directly with certified growers to ensure they only use the best beans, and that plantation workers are treated fairly, something very important to us. 

• The ultimate cheese toastie

  We’ve come up with the perfect combination of 4 cheeses for the ultimate oozy cheese toastie. This makes a substantial and filling meal to satisfy even the largest of appetites.

  At busy events, we cook our toasties in large batches on our grill to  feed customers quickly.

• Sweet treats & drinks

  We’re not much good at baking, but luckily, we have found local folk who are brilliant at it.  We sell an ever-changing selection of cakes and pastries to satisfy any sugar craving and are perfect with a cuppa! 

  As well as coffee, we have a selection of teas and cold soft drinks available to suit all tastes.  We’re also very excited about our hot chocolate, which we make with real chocolate flakes for a decadent, warming treat.
