Great food and drinks make for a great experience. To do that, we use the best quality ingredients we possibly can, all from Sussex suppliers. 

• Who doesn’t love an oozy, crispy, hot cheese toastie?

  Hearty and delicious homemade cheese toasties are a brilliant way to keep the hungry crowds happy and we think ours is up there with the best.

  We had a lot of fun coming up with what we think is the ultimate cheese toastie – a generous portion of tasty, tangy cheese between thick slices of bread all freshly cooked on our griddle and served hot and crisp with a choice of chutney or sauces. This is a substantial toastie and will satisfy even the largest of appetites.

  Even better – our toasties can be cooked quickly on our large grills, which reduces the wait time for your food!

• Coffee, teas, hot chocolates and cold drinks

  Like many people, we love a good cup of coffee. That’s why we’re excited to be working with Moresso, a small batch coffee roasting company working out of nearby Crowborough. We use their delicious signature blend, and we honestly think their coffee is the best we’ve ever tasted.

  We understand that not everyone is a coffee fan, and so we offer other drinks options to suit all tastes - a selection of English Breakfast and herbal teas, as well as proper hot chocolate made with real chocolate flakes.

  In hot weather, we also offer iced coffee and teas as well as a range of chilled soft drinks.

• Cakes and sweet treats

  We provide a selection of all the popular classics - from zesty lemon drizzle and moist carrot cakes to fudgy brownies and delicious flapjacks.

  For the breakfast crowd we have cinnamon buns and croissants – you simply can’t beat the smell of those wafting across an event site.
